Hello Waffie! I am Rick and I am your chairman for already 2 years! Ofcourse I do more than playing frisbee! I study landscape architecture and am starting as a designer at Royal Burgers’ Zoo very soon! I also have some fun hobbies, but I think my reptiles are most interesting. Currently I have 4 reptiles named Max, Oliver, Junior and Coco. They are the most adorable animals effer!

Hi! My name is Rinske and I am the secretary of WAF. It’s my job to take care of the administration. I joined the association last year, so I am still learning a lot about frisbee myself! Next to frisbee, I keep myself busy with my study Earth and Environment, playing squash, baking and hanging out with friends. If you have any questions or just want to have a nice chat, feel free to contact me or say hi on the field!
Steven van Ree

Hey, I will be the treasurer of WAF the coming year. I have been in the board previously as chairman, and have done mulitple committees as well so I have quite a lot of experience within the association. If you ever have a question about anything frisbee related feel free to reach out to me! At WUR I do the masters GIS. My hobbies include playing the piano but also more sports like road cycling, mountainbiking and running.

Hi Waffies! I’m Wayne and I am the Commissioner of Tournaments & Competition! In Wageningen, I’m studying for my MSc in Animal Nutrition, but I am from Ohio, USA, where I completed my bachelor’s. Aside from frisbee, you can find me hanging out playing video games, card games, or board games with friends!

Are you interested in doing a board year? That’s great! WAF is an association that exists due to its active members in committees and the board. Your board year will consist of helping the association thrive and grow, learning many interesting things that can be used in your future professional career, and of course the most important: having fun with your fellow board members and WAF-members!
